Who we are

This policy explains how Paikov Networks (“we”, “us”), a design and development studio, handles the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us. The operator (controller) of this data is Nikita Sergeevich Paikov, a self-employed professional income tax payer in Russia, INN 331204508708.

What data we collect

• Data you send through the contact form: your name, email address, the services you are interested in, your project budget and your message.
• Data you send when you contact us directly by email or Telegram: your name or username, contact details and the contents of your messages.
• Technical data: when you open the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in server logs.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data (health, political views and the like). Please do not send them to us.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track your behavior. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server, not from third parties.

Why we use your data

• to answer your request and discuss your project;
• to prepare a proposal and an estimate and, if we work together, a contract;
• to keep the site secure and working.

We do not use your data for advertising and do not send newsletters.

Legal basis

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process form and message data on the basis of your consent and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, we process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the contact form or by contacting us yourself.

Who else processes your data

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) delivers contact form submissions to our mailbox and stores them on its servers.
• Google (Gmail) hosts our mailbox.
• Telegram, if you write to us there.
• Our hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps server logs.

These services may store data on servers outside your country, including outside the Russian Federation and the European Economic Area. By submitting the form you consent to this cross-border transfer.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your request and our correspondence for as long as we need them to talk to you and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the period required by law. Requests that did not lead to a project are deleted no later than 3 years after the last contact.

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

• to know whether we process your data and to get a copy of it;
• to correct inaccurate data;
• to have your data deleted;
• to restrict or object to its processing;
• to receive your data in a machine-readable format;
• to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing that took place before);
• to complain to a supervisory authority: the data protection authority of your EU country, or Roskomnadzor in Russia.

Security

The site and the services we use work over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to your data is limited to the people who work on your request.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
