Version of 26 October 2026
Who I give consent to
By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the form on the Paikov Networks site and sending the request, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give specific, informed and unambiguous consent, under Art. 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, to the operator — Nikita Sergeevich Paikov, INN 331204508708, trading as Paikov Networks (the “Operator”), email paikovwork01@gmail.com — to process my personal data on the terms below.
Purposes
- to review and answer my request;
- to contact me about the project and prepare a proposal, estimate and timeline;
- to conclude and perform a contract, if I enter into one.
Data
- name;
- email address;
- what I write in the request: services of interest, project budget, message;
- date and time the request was sent.
Processing
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, erasure and destruction, with and without automated means.
Transfer to third parties
To deliver the request and correspondence, the data is passed to services the Operator uses: Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (Gmail) and Telegram. They may store data outside the Russian Federation and the EEA, and I consent to this cross-border transfer (Art. 12 of Law No. 152-FZ). The data is not passed to anyone else except as required by law.
Term and withdrawal
The consent is valid until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after my last contact with the Operator, or until I withdraw it.
I can withdraw consent at any time by writing to paikovwork01@gmail.com. The Operator will stop processing and destroy the data within 10 business days, except where processing may continue on another legal basis (Art. 9(2) of Law No. 152-FZ).
How consent is confirmed
Consent is given electronically by ticking the box in the request form and sending it; the request cannot be sent without it. See the Privacy Policy for how the data is handled.
